Cancellations: The remaining balance is required if you cancel or no show.

Beginning August 1st, 2025: A same day fee will be applied to all appointments that are requested the same day. Prebooking’s must be done SEVEN days before tour starts this excludes tours posted for August 1st-7th. Deposits will be 20%. In addition, Men under 30 must book two hours.
